Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings for executives and staff.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as required.
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital files and records.
- Ensure that documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and coordinating training sessions.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
- Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues that arise.
- Assist with special projects as needed, providing administrative support to various departments.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
