**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive

**Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify and establish relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and other potential partners to generate leads for Coding Blocks' programs.

**College Outreach**: Conduct visits to colleges and educational events in and around Lucknow to promote Coding Blocks' courses and build partnerships.

**Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of Coding Blocks' educational offerings and securing partnerships.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.

**Event Participation**: Represent Coding Blocks at relevant events, seminars, and workshops to increase brand visibility and attract potential leads.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, educational partners, and potential students to enhance the company's reputation and drive enrollment.

**Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, outreach efforts, and partnership development.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on educational services preferred.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Coding Blocks.

**Networking Skills**: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections with colleges and educational institutions.

**Target Orientation**: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

**Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the education sector in Lucknow and surrounding areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,198.15 per month
