Work time 10 to 3 pm & 3 pm to 9 pm

Role Overview:
We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and patient-friendly Medical Receptionist to be the face of Radiance Clinic. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations, handling patient interactions, and supporting the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients warmly at the front desk
- Manage appointment scheduling via software, phone, and WhatsApp
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information about services
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Collect consultation and procedure payments and issue receipts
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and therapists for seamless workflow
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain the waiting area and front desk in a tidy and professional manner
- Follow up with patients for reminders, feedback, and reviews
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information

Skills & Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic software/WhatsApp Business
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Polite, proactive, and patient-centric attitude
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred
