A sales executive in the home loan sector is responsible for promoting and selling mortgage products to potential clients. Key responsibilities include:
1. **Client Acquisition**: Identifying and reaching out to prospective borrowers through various channels.

2. **Consultation**: Assessing clients' financial needs and advising them on suitable loan options.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, rates, and industry trends.

4. **Relationship Building**: Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.

6. **Sales Targets**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

7. **Market Analysis**: Keeping track of market conditions and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.

8. **Customer Service**: Providing ongoing support to clients throughout the loan process and addressing any concerns.

Skills required include strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of financial products and regulations. Experience in sales or the financial sector is often preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
