**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper ink distribution, registration, and print quality.
- Monitor and maintain the printing process to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the equipment to identify and resolve any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the printing presses.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that may arise during the printing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Flexo Printing Operator in a printing environment.
- Strong understanding of flexographic printing techniques and processes.
- Ability to set up and operate flexographic printing presses independently.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to printing.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for print quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a printing setting.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- total work: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
