**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Set business development goals and objectives, review and approve operational plans, target customer selection, account planning, alliance and partnership plans for assigned set of accounts
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and leverage relationships to identify opportunities to collaborate
- Partner with wide variety of technology and business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to assigned clients
- Develop and manage key relationships throughout assigned accounts, from technical individual contributors to VP level executives
- Prepare and present accurate data on order booking and revenue achievement, sales forecasting, customer proposals pipeline, statement of work issues, ongoing and planned Proof of Concept progress, demand management, new sales initiatives, new customer calling plans, and new sales pitches in the assigned territory and set of clients.
- Build relationships at all levels within Kyndryl’s clients’ IT, business, vendor management, and procurement
- Negotiate and win contracts for new business
- Build relationship with existing clients, identify opportunities for new business and grow the share of wallet in the account
- Focus on revenues, profitability, and growth plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like delivery, pricing, legal, and finance team members to progress the opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 10+ years of selling services and solutions into large enterprise / Captives Tech Companies
- Experience in solution sales in the areas of hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, automation desirable
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
- Demonstrated success managing the sales cycle from business/IT champion to C-level executives
- A polished executive presence and poise that exudes credibility
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
