**Mastering Up** is a dynamic digital learning platform dedicated to providing high-quality education in electronics and communication. We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Level 1 Electronics and Communication Instructor to develop engaging online courses for our ever-expanding platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver compelling online content covering a variety of electronics and communication topics, adhering to our curriculum and learning objectives.
- Utilize various multimedia elements like simulations, circuit visualizations, and interactive exercises to create dynamic learning experiences.
- Craft clear and concise explanations of complex electronics and communication concepts, ensuring all learners grasp the material.
- Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of existing electronics and communication course content.
- Respond to learner questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends within the electronics and communication industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in explaining technical concepts related to electronics and communication to a general audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive online content (a plus).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Passion for electronics and communication and a desire to share your knowledge with aspiring professionals.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms is preferred.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience developing online courses or other instructional materials for electronics and communication topics.
- Industry experience in electronics, communication, or related fields (semiconductors, telecommunications, etc.).
- Knowledge of specific electronics and communication sub-disciplines (e.g., analog circuits, digital electronics, communication systems).
- A captivating and engaging teaching style that fosters a love for learning about technology.
