**Mastering Up** is a dynamic digital learning platform dedicated to providing high-quality aerospace education. We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Level 1 Aerospace Instructor to join our team and develop engaging online courses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver compelling online content for a variety of aerospace topics, adhering to our curriculum and learning objectives.
- Utilize various multimedia elements like videos, simulations, and interactive exercises to create dynamic learning experiences.
- Craft clear and concise explanations of complex aerospace concepts, ensuring all learners can grasp the material.
- Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of existing course content.
- Respond to learner questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends within the aerospace industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in explaining technical concepts to a general audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive online content (a plus).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Passion for aviation and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms is preferred.
**Bonus points for**:
- Experience developing online courses or other instructional materials.
- Industry experience in aerospace or related fields.
- Knowledge of specific aerospace sub-disciplines (e.g., aircraft systems, propulsion, aerodynamics).
- A captivating and engaging teaching style.
