**Designation**:Stores coordinator / Store Executive**

**Qualifications**:.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.

**Work Experience**:
- 1) 2-5 years of experience in any manufacturing Company of Stores management or activities.

2) Hands-on experience in inward-GRN, Storage & issue, maintain store record of the material, etc.

3) Work experience in basic Microsoft Tools - Excel, Word, etc.

4) Added advantage for Experience in working in Sap or Tally system.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Responsible and accountable for all basic Stores activities.

2) To ensure Receipts and Issues are correctly documented.

3) Preparation of material requests / indents.

4) To maintain Mini-Max, Re-Order Level, Non Moving Items Control and to maintaining the records of employees for issue of consumables & tools.

5) Daily store transaction management - GRN, RTV, line issuance, and record-keeping in SAP & Tally.

6) Periodic physical stock verification of the stores.

7) To co-ordinate with the purchase for the low stock and over stock items and follow up for the same.

8) Experience in 5S & kaizen activities, will be added advantage.

9) Efficient managing and organizing of store inventories.

10) Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, transactions, and any relevant MIS reports.

11) Maintaining Inward & Outward Register.

12) Maintain store cleanliness.

13) Identification & action plan on cost-saving, cost-reduction opportunities.

14) To continuous improvement efforts within areas of responsibility.

15) To follow the Organization Vision, Mission & Values as well as ethical behaviour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
