**Job Summary**:
Seeking a detail-oriented Office Executive to manage data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Support office operations, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Update and manage spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyze data and create reports, charts, and graphs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks.
- Maintain databases and input/update information.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare error-free presentations, documents, and reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Timely and accurate updating of spreadsheets and databases.
- Generation of comprehensive reports and data analysis.
- Effective management of office supplies and equipment.
- Efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Adherence to data confidentiality and security protocols.
**Key Performance Results (KPRs)**:
- Improved data organization and accessibility.
- Streamlined administrative processes resulting in time and cost savings.
- Enhanced accuracy and integrity of data.
- Increased productivity through effective time management.

- Positive contribution to overall office operations.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel, GOOGLE, SHEET: 1 year (preferred)
