**Key Responsibilities**:
**Photo & Video Editing**:

- Edit **baby, newborn, and maternity photos** (color correction, retouching, enhancements)
- Create **short reels & behind-the-scenes videos** for Instagram & YouTube
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality editing style for our brand

**Graphic Designing**:

- Design **albums, frames, and social media graphics**:

- Create posters, collages, and digital creatives for promotions
- Develop creative layouts for **themed photoshoots**

**Content Creation for Social Media**:

- Capture & edit **behind-the-scenes videos** of photoshoots
- Create engaging **reels, stories, and carousel posts**:

- Manage & schedule social media content across **Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube**

**Branding & Marketing**:

- Develop marketing materials to promote Themeland's services
- Ensure content aligns with **current trends in photography & social media**:

- Brainstorm **creative campaigns & ideas** to attract new clients

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ Experience in **photo & video editing** (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
✔ Knowledge of **graphic design** (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
✔ Creativity & passion for photography and storytelling
✔ Basic understanding of **social media trends & marketing**
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
✔ Good communication & teamwork skills
