We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy **Client Engagement Executive (CRM)** to strengthen our customer interaction and relationship management team.
**Role Overview**:
As a **Client Engagement Executive (CRM)**, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, introducing them to our IT solutions, and ensuring a seamless client experience through effective communication and CRM tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and current clients to introduce Codequery’s software solutions.
- Maintain and update client information using CRM platforms.
- Coordinate product demos, consultations, and follow-up communications.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate IT-related guidance.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Track customer interactions and maintain a well-documented follow-up system.
- Achieve and report on weekly engagement and conversion targets.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement or inside sales in the IT/software domain.
- Solid understanding of IT concepts, software products, and services.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and client-focused personality.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience in SaaS-based company/client handling.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and maintain quality service.
- Familiarity with lead nurturing and sales funnel processes.
