Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to manage and grow key client relationships, drive revenue, and contribute to strategic account planning. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their business needs, and deliver tailored solutions to exceed expectations. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze account performance and prepare regular status reports and forecasts.
- Identify and resolve client issues proactively to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., tech, media, healthcare, etc.].
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
