**Key Responsibility Areas.**
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
- Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Customize training content based on the needs of the students.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Use various training methodologies, including role-playing, group discussions, mock sessions and hands-on activities and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Continuously refine and improve training content based on participant feedback and evolving industry needs.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
- Prepare reports and presentations on training outcomes for management review.

**Previous teaching experience as a Soft Skills Trainer.**

**UGC- NET qualification will be an added advantage.**
