Salary:

- 20,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with hospitality industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year to 2 Years of Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably in the restaurant industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.
- Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for all patrons.
- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns.
- Collect and manage feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with staff to address any issues and ensure smooth service.
- Assist in organizing and managing special events or celebrations.
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant offerings.
- Act as a liaison between guests and the restaurant team.
- Foster a hospitable atmosphere to promote guest loyalty and positive reviews.

Requirements for the Restaurant Guest Relations position:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, menu items, and culinary terms.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive and approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Team player mentality and the capacity to collaborate with various departments.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Languages:

- English and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
