**Roles and Responsibilities - Commis Chef**
- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Wash, peel, chop, cut, and cook food items as per the standard recipes and menu requirements.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Ensure all utensils, cooking equipment, and workstations are cleaned and sanitized.
- **Ingredient Management**:

- Check and prepare raw materials and ingredients before the start of each shift.
- Properly store ingredients and maintain correct labeling and stock rotation.
- **Support Senior Chefs**:

- Assist the Head Chef and other senior staff in daily kitchen operations.
- Follow instructions and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste.
- **Quality & Hygiene**:

- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards as per company policy.
- Ensure proper handling of kitchen waste and maintain a hygienic working environment.
- **Inventory & Stock Control**:

- Inform the Chef or Kitchen Manager of any low stock or missing items.
- Help in receiving and checking supplies for quality and quantity.
- **Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Be punctual, disciplined, and maintain a positive attitude toward colleagues and guests.
- **Learning & Growth**:

- Actively participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills.
- Take initiative to learn new recipes and cooking methods

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
