**Job Description: Marketing & Claim Handling** **Executive (Health Model)**

**Position**: Marketing & After-Service Claim Handling Health Model Executive**Location**: Pune**Type**: Full-Time**Experience Level**: Freshers can apply**Preferred Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Health Models:_
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our health models to corporate clients and organizations.
- Present and explain health model benefits to potential clients, tailoring the pitch to their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Build relationships with corporate decision-makers, HR managers, and healthcare administrators.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to improve marketing strategies and healthcare offerings.
- Attend and represent the company at healthcare conferences, seminars, and events.
- After-Service Claim Handling:_
- Process and handle healthcare claims for corporate clients and organizations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Review claims for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to policy guidelines.
- Resolve claim disputes and issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of claim status and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations throughout the claim process.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Interest in healthcare marketing and business development, as well as claim handling and problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to different tasks.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, with training provided for both marketing and claim handling roles.
