**Job location: Hyderabad or Bangalore with Hybrid**
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM R12 modules, including Core HR, Advanced Benefits, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management
- Work with business users to understand requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide technical solutions
- Should have strong technical knowledge of the entire Oracle EBusiness suite of Products (R12 12.1.3).
- Worked on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions (R.I.C.E.) components with Oracle Applications.
- Technical expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL (Basic and Advanced Concepts)
- Knowledge in OAF and XML Publisher is added advantage.
- Experience of Oracle 12.2 data conversions is required.
- Should have been part of implementation and upgrade projects.
- Well experienced to communicate and Coordinate with multiple stakeholders teams.
- Flexible to work in order to adhere to project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to HCM modules
- Provide support and guidance to end-users on system usage and functionality
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM R12 releases and technologies

**KEY SKILLS**

Key Skills: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional with expertise in Fast Formulas
- Good experience in Fast Formula development of all modules of Oracle HCM (including Advanced Benefits)
- Experience of Oracle 12.2 data conversions is required
- Needs to have at least 5 years of experience on Oracle Functional and Technical consulting (Fast Formulas expert)
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and after business hours, if required.
- Willing to work extended hours for supporting projects and troubleshooting issues
- Must have strong communication skills to deal directly with business and development teams.
- Must have strong technical skills to manage and take ownership of technical projects without any assistance.
- Must have done minimum 2 end to end implementations in oracle cloud. client handling, solution designing, etc
- Full R12 Oracle Applications lifecycle knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for the Oracle Application.
- Must be proactive and self-motivated, and not wait for direction.
- Must be easily understood and possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writing skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM R12 techno-functional development
- Strong knowledge of HCM R12 modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and OA Framework
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Oracle HCM R12 certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
