Job Title: South Indian Cook

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian Cook to join our culinary team. As a South Indian Cook, you will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes while ensuring high standards of taste, quality, and presentation. You will demonstrate expertise in traditional South Indian cooking techniques and possess a deep understanding of regional flavors and ingredients.

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes, including but not limited to dosas, idlis, sambar, rasam, vadas, curries, and chutneys.

Follow authentic recipes and traditional cooking methods to maintain the integrity of South Indian cuisine.

Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in all dishes.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management regarding stock replenishment needs.

Adapt recipes and dishes as needed to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.

Stay updated on current food trends, techniques, and ingredients related to South Indian cuisine.

Assist in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes or variations to enhance the menu.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or similar role, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience.
