Project Coordinator

**Position**: Project Coordinator
**Location**: Raichur, Karnataka

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate project activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, government departments, NGOs, and funding partners, to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct field visits to monitor progress, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to project goals.
- Prepare detailed project reports, including budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve challenges that may impact project implementation.
- Organise capacity-building sessions, training programs, and workshops for staff and beneficiaries.
- Ensure project documentation, including reports, photographs, and case studies, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Facilitate community engagement and promote awareness of project benefits among target groups.
- Monitor budget utilisation and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and donor requirements.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Social Work (MSW), or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in NGO project implementation, coordination, and management.
- Proficiency in project planning tools and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of local socio-economic conditions and community engagement.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
