**Position Description**:
Infinity Studio of Deshpande Startups is "A Platform to Ideate, Design, and Build Your Prototype/Product," a workspace for practical exposure to technology, experimentation, fabrication, and prototyping. This Space is intended to support product startups, foster innovative and efficient engineering projects, and nurture a community of makers within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Infinity Studio supports all the startups, budding entrepreneurs & Students to build their prototypes by supporting them in Ideating, designing & building the Prototype.

**Education and experience**:

- Diploma/ BE/BTech (Mechanical Engineer)
- 1-2 years
- Proven experience as a conventional machine operator.
- Skill in operating conventional machines and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.

**Key Competency and skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Good communication abilities.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Operating Conventional Machines to support customers
- Fabrication - In-house troubleshooting, support to product startups/innovators/students.
- Inventory management -Provide required tools to the innovators/startups/students and recovering.
- Maintenance & Service of Machines/Equipments/Tools and handling, and maintaining the service and inventory records.
- Maintenance of infinity studio mechanical section
- TQM Implementation on the shop floor.
- 6s Implementation & Continued improvement.
- Perform such other duties as required and appropriate to the objectives of this position, program, and the needs of the organization.
