This Space is intended to support product startups, foster innovative and efficient engineering projects, and nurture a community of makers within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Infinity Studio supports all the startups, budding entrepreneurs & Students to build their prototypes by supporting them in Ideating, designing & building the Prototype. **Education and experience**: - Diploma / B.Tech in any Engineering - 2-4 years of experience as a CNC machine operator - High proficiency in manual writing of G-Code and M-Code - Proficiency with machine tolerances and periodic measurements with metrology tools - Demonstrated knowledge of work holding techniques - Proficient with various types of tooling **Key Competency and skills**: - Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. - Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM. - Mechanical aptitude and good math skills. - A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. - Good communication abilities. - Leadership skills - Superior listening and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines. - Ability to take the initiative and work independently with little supervision. - Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality. - Use project requirements as potential training opportunities for staff appropriately. **Key responsibilities and accountabilities**: - Programming with Vectric Aspire - Studying materials and specifications - Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings - Translating instructions into computer commands - Setting up and installing tooling and accessories - Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines - Planning stock inventory and ordering parts - Documenting actions - Conducting machinery checking on a daily basis - Following health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear) - Supervising the machines maintaining activity logs - Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools - Prepare fixtures and jigs for machining parts - Maintaining work holding equipment - Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Production Manager.
