**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are in place and regularly tested.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess and implement technology solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
