**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Factory Operations Management**:

- Ensure that the factory operates efficiently and that production schedules are adhered to.
- Monitor the manufacturing process to guarantee that all products meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with production managers to address any issues that arise in the factory, ensuring mínimal disruption to workflow.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure that all factory workers adhere to safety standards.

**2. Vendor Coordination and Procurement**:

- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products required for various projects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Track inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials are available for ongoing projects without delays.
- Work closely with the procurement team to identify and source new vendors that meet quality and cost requirements.

**3. On-Site Supervision for Interior Projects**:

- Oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications and within the project timeline.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and other on-site personnel to ensure seamless project progression.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Report on project status, including progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan to the project manager and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in interior site supervision, factory operations, or a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and manufacturing practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
