We are seeking a **Site Supervisor (Fresher)** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting various project sites, taking accurate measurements, and supervising site activities to ensure smooth execution of interior design and construction work. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an entry-level professional who is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of interior design and construction supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Measurements**: Visit sites to take detailed and accurate measurements of rooms, walls, windows, doors, and other structural elements for design and planning purposes.
- **Supervision**: Monitor and oversee the daily progress of work at the site, ensuring that all activities are being carried out according to the project plan, design specifications, and timelines.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect work to ensure it meets the required quality standards and specifications. Report any discrepancies or issues to the project manager or senior supervisor.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure the smooth flow of materials and tasks. Ensure the proper execution of work and resolve any on-site issues as they arise.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and any changes to the original plan.
- **Safety Management**: Ensure all safety protocols are being followed on-site and maintain a safe working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
