**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Expansion**: Identify and explore new markets for Soiré Cosmetics' nail polish collections, establishing a strong presence in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Utilize various channels to identify and generate potential leads, initiating contact with key decision-makers and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct persuasive and engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Soiré Cosmetics' products.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations and effectively close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing valuable insights to contribute to product development and sales strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
