**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**:

- Lead and manage multiple programs within the automotive industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- **APQP and NPD Systems**:

- Utilize Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Manage customer APQP and New Product Development (NPD) systems, ensuring adherence to customer standards and requirements.
- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timing charts, milestones, and GANTT charts.
- Conduct regular gate reviews to monitor progress and address any issues or risks.
- **Cross-Functional Team Management**:

- Efficiently handle various cross-functional teams (CFT) involved in new product development (NPD).
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities and decisions.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding program status, issues, and changes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of concerns.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in program management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 5-7 years of program management experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering results.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of APQP, gate reviews, timing charts, and milestones.
- Proficiency in MS Projects, GANTT charts, and presentation tools.
- Experience with customer APQP/NPD systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
