**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and performance data using **Google Sheets**.
- Organize and manage client documents, briefs, and reports in **Google Drive**.
- Prepare and share regular updates, summaries, and presentations with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Assist in creating proposals, quotations, invoices, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Help in resolving client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables to ensure client commitments are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in an account management, client servicing, or coordination role.
- **Proficient in Google Sheets** (formulas, filters, basic dashboards) and **Google Drive** (folder management, sharing settings, file organization).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
