**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain outstanding reports (creditor and debtor).
- Tally & GST working with online payment.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
- Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory accounting and valuation.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform periodic stock takes.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for financial decision-making.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and generate reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the accounting system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally with GST, advanced Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication, fluent in English and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
