Store Executive

As a Store Executive in the têxtile industry, your responsibilities may include:
1) Managing inventory levels of raw materials, fabrics, trims, and finished goods in the store dept.
2) Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of materials and products to ensure quality and accuracy.
3) Organizing and maintaining the store layout to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access to items.
4) Monitoring stock levels and conducting regular stocks checks to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
5) Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in shipments.
6) Ensuring proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage and deterioration.
7) Generating reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and store operations for management review.
8) Implementing inventory control measures such as FIFO and LIFO to manage stock effectively.
9) Collaborating with production, procurement and quality control teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.
10) Maintaining accurate records of stock transactions, receipts and issues using inventory management software or manual systems.
Overall your role as a Store Executive in the têxtile industry will involve managing store operations, optimizing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring efficient stock management to support production and meet customer demands effectively.
