Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues, trends, and suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
- Meet and exceed customer service expectations
**Requirements**:
**Languages Required : Tamil, Telugu, Kannada**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
**Salary**: ₹25,000.86 - ₹30,000.23 per month

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
