**Job Title**: QA/QC Mechanical - OIL & GAS Faculty

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, course materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their professional development and preparing them for industrial roles.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in QA/QC and Oil & Gas fields to continually enhance curriculum relevance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching methodologies and program delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of industrial experience in QA/QC or Oil & Gas fields, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Proficiency in QAQC, NDT methods, OIL&GAS, and Piping/pipeline engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in the Oil & Gas industry is desirable.
