**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years in QA/QC roles, preferably in oil & gas projects.
- **Certifications**: CSWIP, AWS, API, or equivalent.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with ISO 9001, industry codes, and Oman regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Implementing the project construction quality program at site.
- Monitor the quality performance of welders and conduct Toolbox talk for welders to improve their performance.
- Monitor the welding activities are as per WPS and Project specification.
- Coordinate with client regarding quality and technical issues.
- Responsible for all the quality control activities at site.
- Attending monthly QC meeting with Client.
- Carry out WQT for welders as per required specifications.
- Ensure painting has been done within the scope and as per approved client specification.
- Inspection of holiday and discontinuity using high voltage and low voltage holiday detector.
- Preparing of hydro test package and ensure pre-test punch list items (item ‘A’) are cleared before hydro test.
- Carry out MEI completion for the completed lines & preparing of MEI completion package.
- Ensure Bolt Torquing is carried out at required Torque values and as per procedure.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
