Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery:

- Conduct computer training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and online.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, and lectures.

Curriculum Development:

- Design, develop, and update training materials, manuals, and guides to ensure they meet the needs of learners.
- Assess the training needs of employees or clients and create customized training programs accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in computer technology and integrate new learning tools and techniques into training programs.

Assessment and Evaluation:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and assess the progress of trainees, providing support and additional instruction as needed.
- Compile and analyze data on training outcomes and prepare reports for management.

Technical Support:

- Provide technical assistance and support to trainees during and after training sessions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues encountered by trainees.
- Maintain and update training lab equipment and software as necessary.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate regularly with the Training Manager and other stakeholders regarding training schedules, content, and outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and industry conferences to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a computer trainer or instructor.
- Strong knowledge of various computer software, hardware, and systems.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
