**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver computer training programs (basic to advanced) to students or employees.
- Design and update training material, presentations, and practice exercises.
- Assess trainees’ skills and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Conduct both classroom and practical sessions to ensure hands-on learning.
- Maintain records of student performance and training outcomes.
- Support learners individually to help them overcome challenges.
- Ensure all training equipment and software are functional and ready for use.

**Key Skills**
- Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals, MS Office, Internet, and basic programming.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical learners.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, problem-solving ability, and a passion for teaching.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and virtual training platforms is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Computer Trainer or Instructor.
- Certifications such as MS Office Specialist, CompTIA, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
