**Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales leads through outbound calls and follow-up with potential customers.
- Convert leads into sales by explaining product benefits and features, and closing deals.
- Guide clients in choosing the right platform that meets their business needs.
- Take payments from customers and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately.
- Maintain customer relationships by following up with clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Update customer records in the database and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
