Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls to potential and existing customers, providing them with information, addressing their inquiries, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Call Center Agent is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in using telecalling software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
