Bike Mechanic Job Description

**Responsibilities for a bike mechanic**
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all bikes.
- Tracking of bike maintenance
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are kept clean and organized.
- Mechanic should have bike maintenance experience
- Make sure that all bikes that leave the shop (rental or repaired) are safe and road/trail-worthy
- Manages service parts inventory in the service center
- Inspect diagnose and repair up to 5 vehicles per day.
- Consult with clients to determine vehicle issues, create work orders, and perform repairs after receiving approval from customers.
- Organise ongoing maintenance schedule to ensure the bike fleet is in full working order.
- Monitor and track bike spares and supplies.
- Take responsibility for safety and health in the bike maintenance area.
- Actively get involved in the bike program and lead guided rides where possible.

**Skills and Qualification**
- Expensive knowledge of all aspects of bike maintenance and repair.
- Able to work independently and on my own initiative.
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,505.42 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanic: 1 year (preferred)
