This role involves establishing partnerships with salons and spas to secure discounted deals and offers for our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Development**:

- Identify and approach potential salon and spa partners for collaboration.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure exclusive deals and offers.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to feature discounted services on TheFreeDeals.in.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands within the beauty and wellness sector.
- Analyze market data to identify strategic opportunities for partnership growth.

**Promotional Campaigns**:

- Work closely with our marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns based on the acquired salon and spa deals.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize the visibility and success of these campaigns.

**Contract Management**:

- Draft and manage partnership agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and adhered to.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements are in accordance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
