2. Growth Hacking:

3. Data-Driven Decision-Making:

- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights using analytics tools.

- Build and manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers for specialized requirements.

5. Market Research & Testing:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, including running ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

- Highly data-driven, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Ability to implement and oversee advanced performance marketing techniques and strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to leverage networks to execute projects.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with opportunities to scale ventures.
