**Experience**: 3-7 years (preferred in interior fit-outs, construction, or architectural firms)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Procurement**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers of interior materials, furnishings, and construction goods.
- Negotiate price, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Create purchase orders (POs) and track their status until delivery.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new potential suppliers.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and finance teams for procurement planning.

**Store Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Maintain stock levels and issue materials based on project/site requirements.
- Keep accurate records of inventory using inventory management software or manual logs.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Monitor and report on slow-moving or obsolete stock.

**Required Skills**:

- Good knowledge of interior and architectural materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and procurement software (e.g., Tally, ERP, MS Excel).
- Ability to read and understand BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
