**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day procurement of materials, furniture, fittings, and fixtures.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, inventory levels, and order logs.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams to understand material requirements.
- Monitor and control purchase budgets.
- Ensure quality standards of materials received.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Handle purchase-related documentation and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior design or construction.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local vendors and markets in Mumbai.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or purchase software.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
