Salary: 20-30k Depending upon the Interview

Min. 1-3 years of experience required

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:

- Receive and review sales orders, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
- Enter orders into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., warehouse & Production, shipping) to ensure order

fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders, including pricing, quantity, and shipping

details.
- Follow up on orders to confirm delivery status and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update order processing systems and documentation to ensure all information is

up-to-date and accessible.

Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing presentations and sales reports.
- Manage and update customer data and sales records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate sales meetings and conference calls, taking detailed notes and tracking

important action items.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with procurement to ensure product

availability aligns with customer demands.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and customer orders.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status for the sales team and management.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock discrepancies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and follow-up.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only
