**Job Title**: Costing Executive
**Location**: Juinagar
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Experience Required**: 1-5+ Years
**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ICWA Inter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed **cost analysis** and prepare reports on overall **financial performance**.
- Evaluate **material, labor, and overhead costs** to determine accurate pricing structures.
- Collaborate closely with **procurement and finance teams** to streamline and optimize cost structures.
- Monitor and analyze **cost variances**, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support **budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning** activities with accurate cost inputs.
- Perform **inventory valuation** in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare and maintain **MIS reports, dashboards**, and presentations for management review.
- Contribute to the **development of cost control processes and reporting improvements**.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong expertise in **Costing, Inventory Valuation, Budgeting & Forecasting**.
- Proficient in **MS Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint**.
- Hands-on experience in preparing **MIS reports and dashboards**.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹642,601.89 per year
