**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Management**:

- Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, and workflows.
- Customize the dashboard for optimal client and team use.
- **Marketing Automation**:

- Optimize funnel performance and troubleshoot automation issues.
- **Lead Management**:

- Manage lead generation, nurturing, and tracking within GHL.
- Set up lead scoring and reporting dashboards for tracking performance.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop and manage landing pages, forms, and surveys using GoHighLevel.
- Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
- **Client Onboarding and Training**:

- Assist clients in onboarding and training them to use GoHighLevel effectively.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting issues.
- **Integrations**:

- Connect GHL with external tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google My Business, and Zapier.
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze reports for campaign performance and lead management.
- Suggest actionable insights to improve business processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in working with GoHighLevel (GHL).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in creating workflows, funnels, and automation.
- Strong understanding of integrations (e.g., Stripe, Zapier, Facebook, and Google).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- **Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, PPC, and social media).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic design customizations.
