- **Regional Team Follow-Up**: Coordinate and follow up with the East and North sales teams for task completion and updates.
- **Attendance Monitoring**: Track and maintain the GT (General Trade) team’s attendance records.
- **Expense Management**: Verify and update expense reports for the GT team.
- **Full & Final Settlements**: Check and process F&F clearances for the GT team.
- **Sample Coordination**: Monitor and follow up on GT team sample requests, particularly for BOP materials.
- **Team Management**: Maintain updated records of the GT team, including active employee lists, resignations, and terminations.
- **New Employee Confirmation**: Manage and confirm new joiner details for smooth onboarding.
- **Local Sales Follow-Up**: Track and ensure progress in Tuticorin local sales activities.
- **Cover and Pricing Checks**: Verify GT team covers (AVM), ensure MRP compliance, and sign off as required.
- **Review Slide Preparation**: Compile and prepare review slides for periodic meetings.
- **Performance Reporting**: Develop and maintain performance reports for the GT team.
- **Consultant Reporting**: Prepare reports for consultants as per organizational requirements.
- **Secondary Scheme Updates**: Check and update secondary sales schemes for the GT team.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Expertise in preparing reports and presentations.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Knowledge of sales and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with expense and settlement procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
