Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships
- Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
- Collaborating with sales, marketing and operations teams to improve the customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor degree is applicable.
- Proven experience in a customer service or CRM role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
