**Machine Setup and Preparation**:

- Prepare the cutting machine for operation by loading materials, tools, and programs.
- Set up the workpiece securely on the machine bed or worktable, ensuring proper alignment and clamping.
- Adjust machine settings such as speed, feed rate, and cutting depth according to job specifications.
- **Operating the Cutting Machine**:

- Operate the cutting machine according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor the machine's operation to ensure that it is cutting materials accurately and efficiently.
- Make adjustments to the machine settings as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that arise during the cutting process.
- **Quality Control and Inspection**:

- Inspect cut pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Use measuring tools and gauges to verify dimensions, angles, and tolerances of cut parts.
- Identify and address any defects or discrepancies in the cut pieces, such as burrs or irregularities.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection when operating the cutting machine.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors or safety personnel.
- **Maintenance and Cleaning**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the cutting machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical problems with the machine, and perform basic repairs as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine setup parameters, production output, and quality inspection results.
- Generate production reports or logs to track productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding production status and any issues or concerns.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in training programs or professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in cutting techniques, machine operation, and safety procedures.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
