Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end tender process, from identification of opportunities to submission and post-submission activities.
- Review and analyze tender documents to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tender database for tracking and analysis.

2. Documentation and Compliance:

- Prepare and compile all necessary documentation required for tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and approve tender documents.

3. Proposal Preparation:

- Work closely with relevant departments (e.g., Engineering, Production) to gather accurate and up-to-date information for tender proposals.
- Prepare high-quality, detailed tender responses that address client needs and requirements.
- Ensure that proposals are submitted within specified deadlines.

4. Negotiation and Relationship Building:

- Engage in negotiations with clients during the tender process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

5. Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Provide insights into market conditions, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

6. Communication and Coordination:

- Effectively communicate with internal teams to gather information and ensure alignment in tender responses.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
