As a Legal Recovery Associate you will be responsible for the recovery of delinquent business loans. Primary goal is to work with borrowers who have failed to make their loan payments on time and help them come to a resolution that satisfies both the lender and the borrower.

**1. Loan Portfolio Management**:

- Manage a portfolio of business loans that are in default or have become delinquent.
- Monitor and track overdue loan accounts to identify high-risk cases.

**2. Communication and Negotiation**:

- Initiate contact with borrowers who have defaulted on their loans.
- Negotiate repayment terms, settlements, or restructuring options to help borrowers resolve their financial difficulties.

**3. Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies when pursuing loan recovery activities.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations related to debt collection.

**4. Investigative Work**:

- Conduct financial and background investigations on delinquent borrowers to assess their financial situation and ability to repay.
- Identify any assets that can be used as collateral or seized in the event of non-payment.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on the status of delinquent accounts, including progress towards resolution and potential recovery strategies.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as lawyers, Banks,credit, and risk management, to ensure a coordinated approach to loan recovery.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
